Our Steel: Playgrounds are an important part of the childhood experience and they should be safe havens for our children. All of us have memories of playing on playgrounds in our neighborhood parks and at recess in the school yard. Our equipment has been designed with childhood memories, safety and durability in mind. The structure is manufactured using only the highest quality heavy gage Super 40 steel. This steel meets stringent quality and reliability requirements, as well as many steel industry certification standards. This pipe has a triple out side diameter coating which includes high purity zinc, a chromate conversion layer and a new superior clear organic coating. This, combined with a special I.D. coating creates a product that looks good and has the excellent corrosion resistance that you expect. The steel must also pass humidity and salt spray testing from certifying agencies and provides a very high level of customer satisfaction. The structural steel meets or exceeds ASTM F-1043.

Climbing Equipment Models

Boarding Net::
The boarding net promotes upper body strength, grip, and climbing agility. The Boarding Net is a climbing challenge event that comes standard in 8’ width by 8’ height, and its frame is constructed of 2-7/8’ Super 40 pipe. The rungs are constructed from 1 3/8” pipe and bolt to the chain using a nyloc nut for added security. The chain meets or exceeds industry standards and has a 750 pound test rating. This 3/16” smooth welded chain will never let you down, nor will it pinch your child’s hands or grab your child’s hair as many of our competitors chain will do. The ground space required is 1’ X 8’. The recommended commercial play space is 12’ X 20’.

Boarding Net Jr.:
Is an identical climbing event which utilizes a smaller foot print. The frame is constructed of 2-7/8’ Super 40 pipe. The rungs are constructed from 1 3/8” pipe and bolt to the chain using a nyloc nut for added security. The chain meets or exceeds industry standards and has a 750 pound test rating. This 3/16” smooth welded chain will never let you down, nor will it pinch your child’s hands or grab your child’s hair as many of our competitors chain will do. The ground space requirements are: 1’ X 6’, and the recommended commercial play space is: 12’ X 18’.

Fence Climber:
The Fence Climber promotes upper body strength, climbing agility and balance. This climbing event comes standard with two climbing sections. The first has a height of 7’6” with the top being bent out and away from the structure to allow this item to double as a chinning bar. The second section has a height of 4’. Additional sections can be added as desired. This fence climber model frame is constructed of 1-7/8” Super 40 metal pipe. The fence rails are constructed of 1-3/8” pipe. The ground space required is 3’ X 6’. The recommended commercial play space is 12’ X 18’.

Sit-Up Station:
The Horizontal Ladder climbing event promotes upper body strength, and agility. This unit is 16’ long and stands 7’ off the ground. The overall length of the unit will make it challenging for any age level. The width of the horizontal ladder is 21”. This monkey bars system is constructed of 2-8/8” Super 40 pipe. The horizontal ladder rungs are constructed using 1-8/8” steel pipe. This allows for easy hand holds for kids of all ages and does not compromise the overall strength of the unit. The ground space required is 22” X 16’. The recommended commercial play space is 14’ X 28’.

Horizontal Ladder Climber:
The Horizontal Ladder Jr. climbing event promotes upper body strength and agility. This smaller size unit has a length of 12’, stands 7’ off the ground, and is 21” wide. This unit is constructed of 1-7/8” Super 40 metal pipe. The horizontal ladder rungs are constructed using 1-8/8” steel pipe. This allows for easy hand holds for kids of all ages and does not compromise the overall strength of the unit. The ground space required is 22” X 12’. Ridge Climber:
The Ridge Climber is a climbing event that promotes upper body strength, lower body strength, balance and climbing agility. This unit stands 6’ tall and has four sides for climbing. Each side has 5 rungs. This climbing event is constructed of the same heavy duty materials as our other products. The ground space required is 12’ X 12’. The recommended commercial play space is 24’ X 24’.
