Climbing Equipment Models
Horizontal Ladder Climber:
The Horizontal Ladder climbing event promotes upper body strength, and agility. This unit is 16’ long and stands 7’ off the ground. The overall length of the unit will make it challenging for any age level. The width of the horizontal ladder is 21”. This monkey bars system is constructed of 2 3/8” Super 40 galvanized steel pipe. The horizontal ladder rungs are constructed using 1 3/8” steel pipe. This allows for easy hand holds for children of all ages and does not compromise the overall strength of the unit.
Horizontal Ladder Climber JR:
The Horizontal Ladder Jr. climbing event promotes upper body strength and agility. This smaller size unit has a length of 12’, stands 6’6" off the ground, and is 21” wide. This unit is constructed of 1 7/8” Super 40 metal pipe. The horizontal ladder rungs are constructed using 1 3/8” steel pipe. This allows for easy hand holds for children of all ages and does not compromise the overall strength of the unit.

Boarding Net::
The boarding net promotes upper body strength, grip, and climbing agility. The Boarding Net is a climbing challenge event that comes standard in 8’ width by 8’ height, and its frame is constructed of 2 3/8’ Super 40 pipe. The rungs are constructed from 1 3/8” pipe and bolt to the chain using a nyloc nut for added security. The chain meets or exceeds industry standards and has a 750 pound test rating. This 3/16” smooth welded chain will never let you down, nor will it pinch your child’s hands or grab your child’s hair as many of our competitors chain will do.

Fence Climber:
The Fence Climber promotes upper body strength, climbing agility and balance. This climbing event comes standard with two climbing sections. The first has a height of 7’6” with the top being bent out and away from the structure to allow this item to double as a chinning bar. The second section has a height of 4’. Additional sections can be added as desired. This fence climber model frame is constructed of 1 7/8” Super 40 metal pipe. The fence rails are constructed of 1 3/8” pipe.

Balance Beams promote balance and agility in children. This Heavy duty steel balance beam comes standard in a strait 12’ length. This metal 4”X4”, or 2” x 4” square tube is conservatively rated to hold 3000 lbs.

Chinning Bars:
Chinning Bars promote upper body strength and grip. Chinning Bars are available in three sizes to meet your needs.
Triple Chinning Bars:
Our triple chinning bars come standard in three sections and are adjustable only at the time of installation. The first section is: 7’6”, the second is: 6’6”, the third is: 4’6”.
The structure is constructed of 2 3/8’ Super 40 steel pipe. The horizontal chinning bar sleeves utilize 2 7/8” Super 40 pipe to sleeve onto the vertical posts. The grip area of the chinning bar is constructed of 1 5/8” Super 40 steel pipe.
Double Chinning Bars:
The first section is: 7’6” and the second section is: 6’6”, and are adjustable only at the time of installation.
The structure is constructed of 2 3/8” Super 40 steel pipe. The horizontal chinning bar sleeves utilize 2 7/8” Super 40 pipe to sleeve onto the vertical posts. The grip area of the chinning bar is constructed of 1 5/8” Super 40 steel pipe.

Stretching Posts:
The Stretching posts promote safety and agility as the children warm up and prepare to use the fitness equipment in your playground. This unit provides three posts of different heights that can be used for stretching, as well as a vertical post to hold onto for balance while stretching. The posts are made of 2 3/8” Super 40 steel pipe with a 1/4” x 12” foot rest attached to the top.

Our Steel: Playgrounds are an important part of the childhood experience and they should be safe havens for our children. All of us have memories of playing on playgrounds in our neighborhood parks and at recess in the school yard. Our equipment has been designed with childhood memories, safety and durability in mind. The structure is manufactured using only the highest quality heavy gage Super 40 steel. This steel meets stringent quality and reliability requirements, as well as many steel industry certification standards. This pipe has a triple out side diameter coating which includes high purity zinc, a chromate conversion layer and a new superior clear organic coating. This, combined with a special I.D. coating creates a product that looks good and has the excellent corrosion resistance that you expect. The steel must also pass humidity and salt spray testing from certifying agencies and provides a very high level of customer satisfaction. The structural steel meets or exceeds ASTM F-1043.
